Monday will mark the beginning of the end. Just about one week left of
the Biggest Loser challenge at work. I didn't lose or gain any weight
last week, I quit doing this...
With one more week to go I HAVE TO lose 3-5 pounds to hopefully secure the win. :) Not sure exactly what I'm going to do to achieve this yet; maybe the cave man diet, work out for an hour a day, drink 3 bottles of water... something. Any ideas?
