It helps when there is good motivation involved, like, say, $$$.

Now that is good motivation! :) First thing I am getting is new running shoes so I can keep up my new body.
Third, my dear friend Katt and I both want to lose the same amount and have the same gym membership. It always helps to have a partner to workout with and keep you accountable!

Weigh-in weight (7-9-12): 168.8
Weight today: 166.7!
Goal: lose 15+ pounds= 153lbs by August 13
How?
work out 5-6 times a week
Zumba class 2xs per week
cut down on bread, no cereal, more veggies (I already eat a lot of fruit)
healthy rewards: like a protein smoothie after workout
I could really use some encouragement, so...
